Sherdogers drop the baby
I'm very depressed to see that Sherdog posters have just shrugged their shoulders and don't seem to care about what the Sanchez fight does to USA MMA/UFC. It makes it a sham. A mockery. The WWE. This isn't the first occurence either. Just the most obvious attempt to propel a TUFer. I assume most sherdogers have been supporting UFC and MMA for a while. So it's disturbing to see the very fans, whom are almost the caretakers of the sport, turn their backs and not hold people accountable. Instead they seem to be happier to go with the flow. It's no suprise Dana White wants to be Vince McMahon. But I thought the fans would be a different story.
Anyone who tries to claim Sanchez won the fight is dead wrong. I am glad the fans in attendence realized the fight was BS.
Eddie Bravo explained it to a T when explained his score card. "The fight to me turned out perfectly. I think Diego edged out a victory". Perfectly?
Aside from the judges mockery, I am amazed Sanchez was allowed to eye gouge Allesio/hold on to the fence for 5 seconds in order to maitain his mount and escape an arm bar. I am just as amazed Sanchez was allowed to keep his mount for 3:30 without ever once trying to advance his position. He only threw punches to escape from arm bars. ONE rear naked trigg attempt within the last minute despite 3:30 with back mount? Allessio was giving Sanchez an arm bar with one hand, punching him in the face with the other and holding up their weight. What?
For those who want to attempt their BS propaganda, here is an in depth account of the fight. It doesn't do justice to the fact that Allessio was going in for the kill in the 3rd round, only to have Sanchez piggy back ride his way to a predetermined victory.

Neither do I. It's more about what the UFC is becoming. Sanchez simply is the symptom.

WOW! I didn't even see the fight, but judging by your post, I'll take your word for it. I've never seen anyone post the play-by-play like that. I'll go find the fight now. Thanks homie.

What exactly did Alessio do to win the fight? Even the punchtrack thing you made showed Sanchez was way the aggressor. IMO they both fought a crappy fight, but Alessio did not win.

You really thought Alessio won that fight? I've rewatched it a few times and I still think Sanchez won the fight through pure aggressiveness. Alessio didn't do anything but try to defend. You might be satisfied with having a ball-game 0-0, but if you want to win, you're eventually going to have to score a point. Don't get me wrong, I want Sanchez to lose as much as the next guy, in fact, I freaking dislike the hell out of him, but he did win that fight. I had the exact scorecard as Eddie Bravo. Lastly, you had a lot of time on your hands to watch and type that all up, didn't you? Props...I guess.

You're an idiot for many reasons.
A. Some Sherdoggers (mostly idiots like yourself, which are plenty) have bitched about the fight. You aren't the first. Need I say "search function"?
B. The fight was judged correctly. Sanchez pushed the action constantly, and Alessio didn't do enough to warrant a clear decision his way. The only judging discrepancy was that the judge from New Mexico (Diego's home-state) gave the fight a 30-27 for Diego.
C. Even if Diego won, his 1-dimensional game was exposed. It was a boring fight and the first opponent Diego couldn't outright dominate. Anyone who thinks more of Diego after this fight is on crack.
D. No one cares that you took the time to break down the fight. You wasted your time.

The officials do not work for the UFC. The judges and refs are controlled by the athletic commissions, the UFC has no control over them. So explain how the UFC can have predetermined results.
