I guess it just makes more sense to Pride to put in Aleksander or Sergei... although I don't quite understand Aleks, him being Fedor's brother and considering if he were to somehow actually win it'd just be a waste b/c he wouldn't fight Fedor.

I think if anything it would've made more sense to see Kharitonov vs. Zentsov... although I'm happy we're all gonna see Aleks vs. Sergei, just a better match IMO.

Yeah, Aleks vs Sergei will be an incredible fight, but I think Sergei will reclaim that dominant number 4 in the world spot once again.
That still isn't fair for Zentsov though.

Zentsov is so hype. Aleks vs Sergei is way better. We finally get to see this titanic battle between the two Russians.

I remember Bas said something to the effect that his arm shoulder stayed dislocated the more difficult it would make for Kharitonov to basically be the threat he once was. Not sure if it's true or not or whatever as I don't know much about that kind of stuff, but if Bas says something like it kind of makes you think twice about Sergei.

Maybe I'm missing something but hopefully his injury doesn't have a long-lasting effect on his career; I think Sergei has what it takes to beat Aleks.
