Semmy Schilt is bigger and better than Tim Sylvia

Semmy just choked someone out at the latest K-1 HERO'S event with a really good triangle. It was amazing watching someone of his size pulling off a triangle. And he sunk it in real tight because the guy was still out of it after he let it go. Semmy is a K-1 champ too, so his striking is top notch. Since the UFC and K-1 have a talent sharing deal they should try and get Semmy into their HW division.

That would be crazy to get triangled by a guy 7 feet tall. Sylvia would get wrecked by Semmy

I started a thread awhile ago about him returning to mma but many didnt seem to think he would do it, since he is a k1 champ but since k1 heros also has mma maybe he will fight more often it looks like he has really improved his skills but what would he do with better competition now in the mma world- it has yet to be seen

Semmy triangled a bum who's one step above a random guy from the street as far as opponent quality goes. Sylvia would take him down at will and lay and pound on him for the decision.

Schilt is an excellent fighter. I don't think anyone in MMA can stand toe to toe with this monster. Schilt would wreck Syvlia and KO him with a head kick or a knee to the face.

Semmy would beat Sylvia. Schilt might have the second worst TD defense in MMA (#1 is Henderson), but I doubt Timmahys TD skills. And standing Semmy would dominate.

Semmy is a very imposing figure and has proven that he's a worthy test for anyone. He's a warrior who's always improving.
It's foolish to count Tim out, though, especially if they decide to bang and Tim finds a comfortable striking range, but I'm not 100% on either fighter to be honest.
Overall I would hope to see a great fight with neither fighter giving an inch, but this fight is little more than an idea at this point.

Agreed. Sem would be dangerous against anyone he faces. When he connects with his strikes, not many people can remain standing. But, Tim is no slouch either. It would be an interesting matchup.
