Royce will win..Why

I belive Royce will take this fight..he is evenly matched at 170..the man fights and beats guys at 250..I know he looks very skinny and all but I don't think Matt hughes will take it..Matt hughes struggled with BJ Penn and now were talking about the guys who built Jiu Jitsu..If you think Royce should win or not win let me know why?

i hate these arguments who just dismiss the ground game of Hughes. If Hughes is in Royce's guard, Matt will punch, unlike other guys, to create distance. Remember what Hughes did against Newton, who is also a jui jitsu guy, Hughes powerbombed him while Matt was in a triangle! Thats strenght if you can LIFT a 170 pound man while the blood flow is being cut off.

Just another case of "Royce is a legend, he will win" i haven't seen one constructive argument about how Royce will win.

And when Hughes lost to BJ, BJ was arguably the best fighter in the world pound for pound at the time.

1. And Mayhem Miller just beat a guy who is 375. Weight's importance pales in comparison to the importance of talent, something Royce's prior opponents were generally severely deficient of.

2. BJ Penn is a both a better MMA fighter and BJJ practioner than Royce. Struggling with BJ Penn is what most fighters have done and will do. He is an amazing talent, possessing an incredible world-champion BJJ game to go along with heavy hands. He truly is the prodigy.

3. Royce did not build JJ. He actually is a weak link amongst the Gracie family. His game is nowhere near the games of Rolles, Rickson, Royler, Roger, Renzo, etc., etc., etc.

Based on your argument, and your insight, which shows a massive amount of ignorance, I am surprised that you can operate a computer well enough to post.
