Out of all the K-1 champs, Bonjasky would probably be the WORST choice to fight MMA.

i dunno man i mean it could happen, it could also not happen. everytime someone brings something like this up stefan leko is a prime example of why it could also not work out very well.

GSP is on the ground a lot, Franklin has good subs too. But anyways Remy is a great K-1 fighter and should stay there, look at Schilt's career as an MMA fighter.

He has one chance of winning the fight and that is after the opening bell with a flying knee, after that he is too tall and lanky to stop a takedown and would be subbed under a minute.

gsp was a bad example of a guy that doesnt ground fight by the way. he may be a bad ass standing up but hes a bad ass on the ground too and uses his ground technique quite a bit

why? of all the K-1 champs, none of them have shown any real ability on the ground. Hunt's claim to fame is the fact that he's stronger than a tank and could muscle out of most sub attempts. Cro cop was never a champ but he has shown the greatest range of fighting ability thus far.

I am curious as to why you think Remy would be the worst choice?

Because Bonjasky is very lanky, with fairly skinny legs, and not much with physical strength. He would be a very very easy target for a grappler.

6'4" 230+ lbs is lanky? the guy kicks like a mule and has a good stand up defense. i have no idea of how he fights on the ground though(who does?).
