ELO is crap, don't even bother with them, unless you are a huge Big Foot Silva (and think he deserved being top 20 P4P) fan or a huge Jeff Monson fan.

ELO is the most ass backwards thing i have ever seen, makes the BCS look flawless

for example their current P4P rankings have BJ Penn @ #21 and Dan Hardy @ #12 this is just asinine

why don't you just read the article?

and for the record, elo is a good thing, it's just not implemented in MMA so it doesn't reflect as accurately as it could.

If all orgs. used ELO to match up fights, it would reflect the rankings perfectly.
