Umm....yes.
The more seriously people take the sport of MMA, the more popular it will become, and the level of competition will go through the roof as grade A athletes will be drawn to MMA as well as other high paying sports.
And don't worry about your blood and gore. There is enough demand for that crap that if MMA "cleans up too much" you can rest assured that some new org like early UFC will start putting on pit fights.
Besides, if you really want violence without the sport....doesn't that already exist? Where's your sense of Hulkamania man?
