Not to mention he he was awarded a decision over Hendo which was a close fight. My opinion still remains the same- Griffin won the match, but he didn't beat Rampage.

Whatever, personally I consider myself one of the
old school fans, but you can take that with a grain of salt. I prefer the judges' point system we have now compared to what the original outcome to a match from the early UFC's with Gracie, Severn, and Shamrock, fights that went the distance were draws, period. Sure the present system isn't perfect and there's human error involved, but if you go back in time and consider how the sport was back then it wasn't better. The judges in big fights consistently do a fairly good job, these are professional fighters that train to end matches via stoppage.
