Question....size up or go down
This year im starting to compeat in some kickboxing matches and mabye a MMA match. I love mma and im working my way inside...but i have some size concerns right now i weigth 215 lbs and i have farily thick bone structure....i got some mustle but not that much...so i was wondering is i should try and gain some more size and mabye jump to 230? or should i cut down to 200? Im training seriously these days....and i just thought id ask you cats....
