Jake Shields on Matt Hughes - I’d submit him. I think Matt Hughes is past his day.
Jake Shields on GSP - He’s the guy I would most want to fight right now.

Jake could be right that Hughes is past his day.

His performance against lytle didn't look like the matt hughes of old, we all know he should have finished that fight.

I agree about the Lytle fight. Also in the GSP fight I think a young Matt Hughes would have given GSP WAY more trouble.

Hughes might be past his prime but he would still beat Shields IMO whereas GSP who he's calling for a fight with would murder him.

everyone has their opinion. I think it might be an entertaining fight, but don't count Hughes out

You don't know much about Lytle do you? Who has finished him besides a cut? That's right. NOBODY.

Hughes looked bad in that fight because Lytle is good.

Anyone who thinks otherwise underestimates Chris Lytle.
