the problem with the dlh vs mayweather boxing hype.

both fighters are being hyped to the end of the earth and back. only problem is, i'd almost bet that this fight will be a decision. yes, a decision. no knockout, no stoppage, no anything....maybe 1 knockdown (one, 1, uno, less than 2 but more than 0) the whole fight. the hype is insane, but i don't think either fighters can deliver anything more than a sound byte on espn and long, uneventful fight.

whats wrong with decisions

have you seen gatti vs ward they went to a decision 3 times and all three were more exciting then most ufc fights.

ok...now follow me here...

you've got 2 HUGE names in mayweather vs dlh. 2 of the best of that business. then you've got guys matched up like olaf vs polakowski. there are no two sane people on the face of the earth that can correctly pronounce 'polakowski' and the name 'olaf' sounds like something from lord of the rings. however, when these guys fought there was never a dull moment. is it because olaf and polakowski are better fighters than mayweather and dlh? is it because cage > ring? most likely not, but there was hardly any hype for the 2nd set of guys when they fought (yeah a little for the rematch), but every time i take a shit, i'm hearing about mayweather vs dlh. everywhere. i hope both fighters lose that fight in a double ko disqualification, but the real question is why?????? why must i hear about it all the time when everyone knows what kind of fighters, no....boxers, they are?

gatti/ward was incredible, but they are both much different and less shit talking type of fighters than mw/dlh.
