I think The only thing Leben will come out of jail with is a few SUPER WEAK Tattoos...

and a few "I ran the range" stories/lies to share with the grandkids..

You can only do so many push-ups, situps, pull-ups, and jumping jacks. There is no way he will be able to push his cardio to world class level. Dynamic tension exercises with a towel will be another great exercise, but the bogus food and noise will make for crappy sleep and poor training.
