totally agree. i mean, credit where credit is due to UFC for giving us some really nice match-ups now that ZUFFA owns both companies, but its like they're letting PRDIE fade away and steal all of their fighters so they can act like PRIDE never exsisted and it'll become synonymos with "fought in japan" in the UFC pre fight intro's.

Like the TS stated I dont think we'll ever have a complete answer to this type of arguement. Its really everyones personal opinion... UFC is ran better and is better, as a business in my opinion.
Pride probably put on the better shows and had better matchups, so fight wise, was a better company if that is how you're arguing it.
I like UFC, I like Pride, they're now all Zuffa so why should we still be arguing which is better? I just fuckin' love MMA... ill always watch anyone who has the balls to step into the ring, cage or whatever and bang it out, or grapple with Athletes of that caliber.

I dont know about you but the same old UFC vs. PRIDE shit is pretty fucking lame to me. There will never be a winner to the arguement. The truth of the matter is I dont think one organization is better then the other. Each has its own strengths and weakinesses. What the PRIDE Nuthuggers dont realize on here is that THEY are MOST of North America's PRIDE fans. Because the average Joe on the streets doesnt know who PRIDE is..but they know the obvious in the UFC..So stop doing these stupid polls cause they dont mean shit..The UFC owns the US market just like PRIDE owns Japan's..There is no winner in this..
