I think it is pretty common in these smaller shows. Once the champion wins a couple fights they move on to bigger events and leave behind vacant belts for newer fighters to go after. Not sure if that is the case here...

I figured Runez is a little more established. Guess Sherdog's fight finder hasn't bothered much with orgs featuring this weight-class.

Trust me, I've watched a lot of smaller shows. I just consider PFC a little bigger/better than the typical small show where you might see that. PFC is one of the few promotions that makes money, has had quite a bit of regional success and has been a gateway for several UFC/WEC fighters.

The fight finder is wrong alot look at Matt Brown's record and Frank Trigg's. They were talking about it on the Tagg the other day.
