Thank you.....some have been saying this would make sense all along. But because some of us are from Canada it is assumed that its because we worship GSP....not true for all.

If Penn fights in December it will be at the end of December. The super bowl wkend is beginning of February. That leaves about 5 weeks between fights. Not happening. If he fights Feb. he will not fight until then. If he fights December his next fight will be at least 3 months out from there.

I bet Dana White is begging them to do a season of TUF. I don't think GSP wants to go on though.. AND BJ was hosting recently as well. Remote, but still a possibility.

It'll be this Dec, just like GSP vs Hughes on Dec 29th last year. Georges is clearly 100% after Fitch and is probably already back to training. BJ has been preparing as well.. it shall be GLORIOUS!

You don't know what you're talking about. Do you remember when the last Montreal show set the North American MMA event sales record? No, you don't. Luckily for you, I do.

Furthermore, the UFC really likes money. GSP in Montreal is a guaranteed sellout, and the PPV will sell anyway. There's no reason not to do it there.

what i dont understand is why penn gets to fight for a title at 170 when he's lost his last to fights there. There are otherguys more deserving of a title shot like alves
