Hong Man Choi is not a circus clown, he was tearing up Fedor Emalienko, but Fedor as a god that he is pulled out a David vs Goliath. With that being said, Hong Man Choi by viscious KO in the first.

I would take Silva by UD.. I dont think Choi looked impressive in any fight ive seen of his.
