I just clicked on the frontside poll and so far it's
Fedor 50%
Silva 22%
GSP 19%
Penn 9%
Nog 0%
I thought Fedor would get less here on sherdog and Penn'd get more. But obviously Fedor is the p4p king, thank you guys.
I find it great that they included Nogueira to that list but it's obvious why he doesn't get any clicks if he (or Fedor) was in a different weightclass (LHW) we'd have one from every weightclass wouldn't that be great. Shogun, Wand, Chuck or Page should have kept the form they were in than we'd have one from every weightclass. Hope there'll be a dominant LHW again.

Yeah, why would they put Nogueira on the poll? Obviously he's not the best in his division so he can't be No. 1 p4p. Sherdog's list has no credibility anyway. I mean, geez, all credit to Forrest for his last two wins, but does anyone with a brain really think that he's one of the 10 best fighters in the world p4p? Or that Kid's not even in the top 10 (I'd put him third behind Fedor and BJ)? And how can anyone still think that Silva's No. 1 after his last fight? I wonder what it would take for him to drop in the list. And I wonder what it would take for Fedor to take the top spot. His last fight was against a top-5 opponent and he couldn't possibly have done any better than he did.

Anderson Silva.
Fedor recently beat a guy who in his last three, got wooped by Couture(Raped by Lesnar), finished by NOG, and barely beat a mediocre LHW who had a broken hand in Vera.Why the fuck was he the #1 contender to the proclaimed #1 HW in the world?
Show me any defense from Anderson, where he fought a guy who was coming off of a loss?
Hell, In the last year Lesnar has even fought better competition than the "#1 HW"

The only ranked opponents Fedor has ever beaten are Cro Cop and NOG. He decisioned them both.
Anderson beat 3 ranked opponents in Nate, Rich and Hendo. All three former champs. None of them made it out of the second round. And Andersons losses dont matter in this argument. We are talking about right now, current PRIMED Anderson.
So until Fedor beats Barnett and AA, he doesnt belong in the same category as GSP and Silva.

Dan Henderson had lost his last fight at LHW and MW before he fought Anderson Silva.

Nog (x2) and Crocop were also considered more dominant than Silva's opponents at the time.

i don't know, i vote fedor because the fighters he's fought has had more weight range than anyone else and he's beat them all. If you added all the weight ranges he's fought, he would have fought in like 5 different divisions.
Fedor also doesn't lose weight to have an advantage. still it's a pretty silly thing the whole pound4pound ratings. so many different takes.
I just prefer to say Fedor is the best fighter right now and that's all there is to it.
