One good thing about Zuffa taking over Pride
We'll actually know the match ups more than 3 days ahead of time. I mean...they are having a PPV this weekend..and we still don't know the whole card. WTF. And yes...I know... "Pride always does this." Fine...that doesn't make it a good thing.

UFC already has UFC 69, 70 and the main event for 71, not to mention that most of the rumoured fights are on MMAWEEKLY. I love the Pride fighters and fights...but this is always irritating.

Hell no its a bad thing. What if the GSP bs happens? Where he couldn't fight 2x. I'd rather just wait and not be dissappointed.

We have to take in the good with the bad. This is definately one of the goods. Maybe Pride's last minute changes were due to visa issue's.

Agreed. Either way, ppl will get mad cause they'll b disappointed that so and so couldn't get the visa, got injured or had contract disputes.

Absolutely. They've got Wanderlei confirmed on the card still without a confirmed opponent. It's ridiculous.

GSP will be the new Gomi (neither one will put their title on the line unless its on his terms). I really liked his intensity against Hughes. But, he always seems to be crying injury. Most fighters never go into a fight 100%. GSP won't fight unless he is. This is going to get old very fast. Either fight when you are scheduled to fight or get the f*@# out!
