Dont worry about Josh Haynes

The picture of him at weigh-ins was a bad picture. Dont worry, his diet is not "Unsafe" as some of you may have posted. I know quite a few of his coaches at Team Quest and hes been on a very nutrient densed diet. Team Quest would not put a fighter out there who was in poor shape, or unhealthy. You'll see tonight when he defeats Cummo.

Well, obviously, Matt Lindland, but his strenght and conditioning coach is Mike Dolce, Head coach is Robert Follis (IMO best coach/trainer in the world, hes been at it at Quest since day 1), Greg Thompson, and Chris Wilson. All with the exception of Robert (who is another Greg Jackson, basically) are all fighters as well.

Well I hope Haynes can finally start leveling off and just stay at a constant weight. He has been looking like death lately. When's he going to make 155? Should have a race with Riggs.

Yeah, things have really changed since the days of Courture, Lindland, Henderson, Tanner, Quarry and Leben.

Still a legit camp, but nothing like it was.

I think Haynes will beat Cuomo. He has decent wrestling, good brawling, great sub defense and a ton of heart. I just dont see Cuomo winning this off his back, and thats where he will be.

I'm not worried about him. I'm sure he'll find something to do when MMA doesn't work out.

Leben, Quarry, and Henderson are still there. Hendo actually visits the gym quite often. Hes actually there now helping Matt get ready for Fedor. Ed Herman also teaches a kids class. Nate and Leven are not coaches. Alos, Mike Dolce, Greg Thompson, and Chris Wilson have been there since the beginning. With the exception of Couture and Tanner...its still the same team.
