I agree that BJ looks fit, but take a look at Joe... He is looking f'n leen and mean. I'm hoping for a good fight. A great lightweight fight that goes into the later rounds hopefully.

There's no doubting BJ Penn. Joe is a good fighter, Penn is just better. There are guys in each weight class that are put up as the standard for a reason. Penn's only losses have been to Jens Pulver (top of the mountain at the time), Machida, GSP, and Matt Hughes. That's nothing to be ashamed about in my opinion, and everytime he wins we are reminded why he's considered the best. I look for Penn to snag a submission out of nowhere, catch Joe off guard and welcome him to the top 10 properly.

But I wouldn't be surprised if Joe stole the victory, they like to play up that "underdog" angle but we all know in MMA ANYTHING is possible. You think about all the "upsets" in MMA you have to be optimistic.

Penn has the better stand up and he will most likely win even though I would like to see a Joe Daddy upset I want to see Penn v. Sherk more so Go Penn. I can't wait to see Sherk take on Penn it is going to be the fight of the year. It will most certainly be a war between them. There is nothing better than a bad blood match. War Sherk!
