For those of you that claim Sherk will run through BJ.. GET REAL. Joe Stevenson was able to get out of numerous bad spots because of his great BJJ... Once BJ gets on top of Sherk you think he's gonna be able to get out with just brute strength?? Wrong. Sherk is just a wrestler. It's a young division, these sort of things happen.

This division is the hardest to rank as great fighters keep coming into the ranks and climbing the ranks. Whoever Joe beat before is a nobody now. And to be completely honest, I never thought Stevenson was top 3 material. I don't ever see him getting another title shot, there are too many guys I think would give him some serious problems.

I don't think it's laughable at all...and neither does anyone else with any understanding of MMA. Sherk is a one dimensional fighter whose main attribute was his explosive strength which will definitely be diminished now that he's forced to stop doping.

Even at his juiced up best Penn is better then Sherk at everything...he would have schooled him then and he'll do it when they meet. Easily.

Say what you will, but BJ was nearly gassed by the end of that, could hardly stand up after the fight and was breathing real heavy. There was still over 15 minutes of fighting scheduled.
