Nice read. I am still a bit upset Forest had to pull out of the Lyoto fight....I know he had an infection but I was really looking forawrd to seeing that fight.

I love Forrest, its too bad he got beat by Jardine, I didnt think he was gonna be stopped for awhile leading up to that fight.

i dont think it would've been anywhere near as boring a fight as the heath/machida fight turned out to be. __________________

Ultimate-Fighter.ca: What about Shogun Rua?
Forrest Griffin: Yeah that would be a good fight too. You know, I think Shogun is a little better. Might be a little out of my league right now.
He's surprisingly honest and humble....not alot of fighters would admit something like that...good shit.
