Let's face it, after Coleman broke his arm, he's been more of a ground fighter than anything. Nakamura outstruck him when they fought, Forrest will do it better.

Forrest has a good chance if it stays standing. We've seen Forrest in some good standup wars but we have also seen him get KTFO. I still give this fight to Shogun.

Although I do think Shogun's stand up is a bit overrated around here, I don't think he will have much problems with Forrest standing or on the ground. Griffin's striking has gotten crisper recently but he still hasn't shown he can take a punch from some one with the KO power of Rua.

Indeed Cyrille Diabate blasted him a few times and made Shogun take him to the ground.

Rua didn't look that good in his fight with Nak, but he has looked great against other strikers in the past. Even if he is losing on the feet Forest hasn't been very good at finishing people. If it goes to the ground shogun will dominate there.

Shogun will very likely shoot. He wanted nothing to do with Cyrille or Alistair standing. While Forrest is not as good as them, he is a very decent striker.

That said, Shogun CAN stand with Forrest if he chooses and do well. Maybe even get a KO. Shogun has taken some huge shots and not been KO'd. That's why I see Shogun winning, because I can't see how Forrest wins.
