My Confusion about Wandy fighting Chuck in November
I apologize if I'm wrong about the dates, but something seems strange to me.

The next round of the OWGP is in September, right? Pride comes to Las Vegas in October, right? Chuck versus Wandy is set for November, right? The OWGP finals are on New Year's Eve, right?

So.........If Wandy wins his next OWGP match, he'd have fought in September, and then woul have a fight with Chuck in November, and the OWGP finals on New Years. At the same time, it's hard to believe that Pride would make a U.S. debut in October without having arguably their most marketable and "explosive" fighter on the card.

I guess what I'm saying is...............how is Wandy and Pride going to make this match work?

If it happens, Wand is a MONSTER for fighting twice in that amount of time, let alone three times if he advances in the OWGP.

The OWGP semifinals and finals are in september. So no matter what Silva will be with the OWGP by the time of this potential fight. But I guess Silva isn't fighitng on NYE this year.

The third gp event traditionally includes the last two rounds.

However if he wins the GP he'll be facing Chuck in November and Fedor in December.

Maybe instead of having Wanderlei fight on the US card they will give Fedor a tune up for the winner of the OWGP.

Its definitely a possibilty.

Maybe I'm just pessimistic, but I can't help but think that something is going to go wrong to keep this fight from happening. With Chuck facing Babalu, and Wandy facing possibly 2 extremely tough fights, and a possible matchup with Fedor on NYE, it just seems that something might screw up this fight. God I hope I'm wrong though!!!
