In Ontario assholes run everything and there is nothing you can do about it, ever.

I had a hard time even finding a legit BJJ school. I found only two in Toronto/surrounding cities which APPEAR to have certified BJJ instructors. One which is way south downtown Toronto and another just north of Toronto in Thornhill.

Not to throw the thread too off topic, but if any of you know of an good BJJ places around the GTA please let me know.

You seem top forget our official National Sport amigo. Lacrosse is one of the most violent sports on the planet. Sorry, just had to make a small correction.

Rest assured that it's the Dojo thing my friends. My source is legit and it has little to do with boxing. Like one of the posters already pointed out, we haven't seen a MAJOR fight since Ali vs. Chuvalo. That fight happened at Maple Leaf Gardens because there was some crazy shit happening States side at the time regarding Ali and his anti war stance.

Yea I love how our 2 national sports allow bareknuckle fighting in them but yet we can't have regulated and sanctioned MMA fights in Ontario.

is there no way that they can go over the head of Ken? with all the money a UFC event can bring to a city, there has to be a politician seeing $$$ out there who would tell ken to fuck off

That's what he's saying. By restricting the boxing promotions in Ontario (Toronto) the move to Quebec (Montreal).
