MMA on free network TV tonight
yea it's not UFC or Pride, but i think it's huge for MMA, bigger than people are making it out to be. It wasn't long ago that they were trying to ban MMA from cable tv and pay per view.
IFL Battleground is on MyNetworkTV tonight from 8-10pm, you can find your MyNetworkTV station on http://www.mynetworktv.com/local_stations.html.
Do you think other organizations will stick will cable (UFC on spike) if this is somewhat successful? I think mynetworktv reaches something like 100 million people, all you need is an antenna and tv to watch.

ifl is always on free tv...usually on FSN...n in canada its on sportsnet

you pay for cable to get FSN, you cannot get it if you don't have cable

I think its big, heard alot of buzz about this from casual fans and friends. They are definatly going to get a good rating being on network TV. I think that is why alot of Prowrestling shows get such large ratings, you would be suprised how many people have a tv and dont get cable.

Thats cable, this new deal is for a network channel. I think Ion is also a network channel, and they are showing Bodog.

yea dude, I stayed at a hotel for a restling tournament a few weeks ago and they showed a bunch of bodogfight stuff on Ion. It was awesome.
