I posted this thread late last night, and didnt get many responses, but I feel it is important to put it up at least one more time and see what you guys think.....

Bear with me here guys.

I know this thread has been done to death, but after tonights lackluster preformance by Babalu, I really feel like this needed to be said.

Chuck Liddell is the most dominating fighter in the UFC. He is an amazing athelete and tonight showed again why he is the Light Heavyweight Champion.

Wanderlei Silva is also an amazing, talented, and dominating fighter. Not only is he the Pride Champion, but also going after the heavyweights as well.

WE AS FANS MUST DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MAKE THIS FIGHT HAPPEN

Im not saying I have the awnser to make this happen, but im hoping with enough brainstorming on this thread, we can help think of something to at least help make this fight go through.

Right now, with MMA as big as it is, and Chuck and Wand at the top of their game, there is no better time for this fight to happen. Both orginizations OWE IT TO THE FANS to make this fight happen.

I consider you sherdoggers (although childesh sometimes, but the loyal ones you know who you are.....wamrage, richieb,iron blade) the most loyal fans of any sport. You are all passionate about what you put into these boards, and although I am a white belt, I have been reading these forums for many years.

So in conclusion, what can we do as fans to make this happen?

Well, I guess all the people who buy UFC and Pride PPVs, tickets or merch could all go on strike until they make it happen. Set a Rally march up in Vegas, maybe have some Japanese do the same in Japan. Inform them that if it happens they get a big huge payout and it is what we want to see. Or you could just send them an email.
