be beat silvia when he was in shape and before his crash. as of late he is still working his way back into the octagon. he was demolished by vera, who in truth doesn't really impress me, and beat lesnar via experience. in any case, if he DOES, somehow, fight nog, he will lose. nog has better BJJ.

yeah but Nog hasnīt been finished by anyone, unlike Mir who got his ass handed to him by Pe de Pano and Vera.
Big Nog will tooled him and stay with the belt for a long fucking time.

Frank Mir has really failed to impress in his last few fights. He was dominated against Marcio Cruz and Brandon Vera plus he looked sluggish against Dan Christison, who's not even close to getting a title shot in the UFC. Mir was also being killed against Lesnar until he took advantage of Lesnar's inexperience on the ground. If Lesnar had decent submissions, he would have knocked Mir out. There's no doubt Mir is a smart fighter and a good competitor but against an elite heavyweight like Nog, he has no chance.

LOL, it's supposed to be!! It's not my logic behind the point that counts, it's simply the point that I can swing from Mirs balls way harder than all you Nog fans swing from his balls, LOL!!! I'm not even emabarassed to say that, haha. I've always been a fan of Mir and refuse to jump off the bandwagon, no matter how many bad fights the guy had since his accident.
Mir even said "I'm better now, NOW YOU'LL SEE FRANK MIR" WAR MIR!

Lay off the crack. Mir is going to lose in his undeserved title shot.

dude...
these mir threads are getting out of hand.
he WILL NOT beat nog. i will go so far as to say that he WILL NOT beat any serious competitor in the future.
nog will (hopefully) put an end to the mir comeback nonsense. (comeback from what???) nog will do what vera did, execpt much more masterfuly.
