Met Randy Couture
While it's not earth-shattering news, I met Randy Couture at a GNC in New York today. IMO he's a great guy and a gentleman. He took the time to sign an autograph and take a picture with my daughter.

I've thought about that too. He has this huge reputation to uphold, so even when he's having a totally shitty day and just wants to be left alone, he still has to buck up and put on a smile. Or maybe he just is genuinely that nice... I guess I'm too cynical.

Randy is an awesome guy and a pleasure to talk to. Actually Nate Quarry was also this way and I get the impression that most of the Quest guys are. However, Randy is a great guy who always seems to have time for every single one of his fans.
