I have nothing to worry about, Lewis beat everybody he ever faced, pity Kang will never be able to say the same.

Exactly. How the fuck does the expect casual UFC fans to know who the fuck Silva is when he won't allow any mention of Pride?

It's one thing to not hype your competition, but an entirely different thing to pretend it doesn't exist. Besides, to the casual (non-Sherdog) MMA fan, Pride is far from accessible.
yeah they should show the fight with Chonan where he was losing the stand up battle all fight long, then got subbed

Why is this Dana's problem?

Pity that Lewis got lucky his last fight against Vatali K. He retired because he knew he would lose a rematch.

Since you were there, can you answer a question....sorry if this is somewhere else, but since you went, I thought I would ask....

The fights that were aired showed a bloody mat. There seemed to be a consistent amount all over the mat...Can you fill us in on who that was or if it was multiple fights?
The bloody mat was a result of the Haynes-Singer fight. At one point, Rory kicked Josh's nose, sending Josh spinning back onto the cage with a bloody face. Josh recovered and hung on until the round ended. The next round was basically Josh dishing some ground and pound with his face bleeding everywhere.

While not a very technical fight, it was one of the most exciting of the evening. It looked like that kick in the face knocked him out cold and when Josh got right back up, everyone in my section went nuts. They should have more fights at the Hard Rock here ... it is a good venue.

Yes i did forget that. Dana fell for PRIDE's little stunt. both organizations can be a little sleezy at times. that doesn't take away from what the UFC has done regarding other organizations. "up in canada....over there in japan, he won his fight blah blah..."

Only a pity for you. Lennox went out on top which is rare for athletes in most sports, stop hating.

I still don't know what you're talking about. Explain to me why Dana should mention his competition at every opportunity.

Because he can't have it both ways. He expects his fan base to understand that Anderson Silva and Wanderlei Silva are great, exciting fighters, but won't mention the name of the organization they fight in or show clips of their fights. He's shooting himself in the foot. Seriously, the average, non-Sherdog MMA fan is not going to jump ship and become an exclusive Pride fan just by finding out that the organization exists. It takes a lot more effort to follow Pride than it does to click on Spike TV.
