then after this fight nothing has been said. that does strike me as odd

and im just curious if serra wasnt "verbally tapping" then what precisely did he raise up and say

His mouth didn't say much...but the look on his face said, " For phucks sake, someone help me "...

I'm a huge GSP fan and I can admit Matt Serra did NOT verbally submit. I bet he contemplated it but he didn't!

Good times at Sherdog.
Ha Ha...YOU FAIL. Please remove your orange belt and get fitted for a white one.

How on earth can anyone set here and speculate that he didnt say anything? the best i can remember he postured up and his mannuerisms suggest that he could have been saying something. the obvious fact that he was getting his rib cage caved in and not being allowed to move lends itself to it being VERY POSSIBLE that he did indeed come up with the intent of saying something.

to say point blank that he didnt say something is pure biased speculation.

Ahhhh, the peaceful silence of the Sherdog Forums with no more useless jibber jabber about how Matt Serra will take over the WW division(Napolean-style). There are only two occasions in which I want to hear the name Matt Serra at this point:

1) His signing to fight Matt Hughes which will lead to...
2) His official retirement from MMA competition

Thank you and good night!
