So they are interviewing him and he says that if Rich Frankiln loses to Anderson Silva that he will step up in weight to fight Anderson Silva. What do you guy think would happen if that fight happen. Who wins.

For what it's worth, Horn claims he was injured going into the fight and believes he would have won had he been healthy.

Silva was subbed by both Chonan and Takase, so it is doable.

With that said, the most likely outcome of a Hughes' win is decision.
