Did anyone actually listen to the interview? Hughes said that GSP's performance takes him out of the pound-for-pound rankings. How does that work? I'm not saying PFP rankings mean anything but he obviously isn't a GSP fan.

He was dead on about the Smith/Lawler fight though.

Matt does have something against GSP so fuckin what!...if you enjoyed the fight cool, Matt didnt because he doesnt like GSP.

I didnt like Kongo when he was Beating up CroCop..I thought the fight sucked! but to some it was an exciting fight!

so I guess in a way im no different than Matt...(being human and all)

I didn't read the interview cause I really don't care. I have loved Matt Hughes for a long time. But lately he is losing it. He just needs to shut up. Or win some fights. I hate that it's come down to this for him. I would have been alright with him losing some fights. It happens. But be quiet about it. Lose those fights. End your career. And leave quietly. Then he could have a chance to teach. But now people aren't going to come to him for training.

I'm not a fan of Hughes by any stretch of the imagination but he is allowed his opinion. Of course he dislikes and disrespects GSP...he was beaten by him twice but all he sees is the first time they met.

I don't care if he hates GSP, I would just like to hear more about his thoughts on the Fitch fight. It seems everyone thought it was an awesome fight/performance by GSP but him.
