thanks you matt hamill. i still think bisping beats him, but hamil has a shot for sure.
i seriously think if matt trains for a couple more years, mainly on sub defense, gnp and standup, he could be a huge force, title contender even.

nobody can stop his take downs, well maybe chuck, but i doubt it. the problem is that i would assume he is fairly easy to sub for a good sub guy. i think that is his biggest weakness

I read this article a long time ago... It's about time now that I find out who did that stupid prank.
TUF didn't show it cuz they knew that Herman and Grove were going to the finals against each other. Same as the reason why they didn't show the elbow to face cut on Diego from Florian from TUF season 1:..... cuz they were against each other in the finals.
The show's producers hold back from info for the fans to use to judge and predict the show's outcome like that.....
