Three years at sherdog.com and you make threads like this? You're a dipshit.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard Matt didn't care much about training until he fought royce since he wasn't getting the money he wanted.

Hughs does not lay and pray like Tito Ortiz does, but he's right behind Ortiz in BORING!!!
I'd like to see some of that awesome strength displayed in punching and kicking. Hughs has proven that he's dominant on the ground. He should take some chances and make his fights more exciting. I hope BJ wins, because as champion he will add alot of excitement to the UFC.

Hughes is the farthest thing from lnp fighter, its not even worth explaining anymore, Cytree owned you pretty good already.

Hughes will win this fight and it wont go to a decision.
Yeah, the threadstarter is pretty fucking stupid, seeing how Matt isn't a LnP fighter whatsoever, but I'd like to know where you get this brilliant "outcome" of Matt FINISHING Penn from? From their last fight maybe? Because Matt looked great getting tooled for 5min and then tapped by BJ, or could it be by looking at BJ's record and seeing how many people have sub'd, KO'd, or TKO'd him? Umm...ZERO! Matt can't finish Penn, but we all saw BJ finish Matt, and saw him do it rather easily too.

If you think that Hughes' fights are boring, then you don't like MMA. Hughes is a superb practitioner of 2/3 of the elements of MMA. It sounds like all you want to watch is kickboxing.

Exactly, he hasnt L&P'd anyone since back in the days where he was really just a wrestler who could hit people on the ground. Hughes has developed a whole lot more than that now.

I know it was reported in their first fight that Hughes didnt train properly & he really looked like he had underestimated Penn which are two mistakes he wont repeat.

End of the day this will be quite a different fight I think but I still give BJ the edge.
