On May 6 the experienced American will fight for the heavyweight title of the American Fighting Championship (AFC) vs. the Ultimate veteran Wes Simms. Last February 24, AFC Genesis rocked the Denver Coliseum, in Colorado. In the main match of the night, John Cronk finished Heath Sims with a guillotine at 2mins 46s of the first round.

It's true. The event is under the American Championship Fighting promotion and will be in Denver. They have a website, but last time I checked, it wasn't working right. There were confirmations in some threads too.

kerrs too much for sims he's smarter and more under control in fights plus he's got pride experience as well as ufc experience so he would win quick and impressive plain and simple!
