The great thing about all of this is we will soon know (at least we should soon know) of when Randy and Fedor could possibly fight. My hat goes off to Cuban and HDnet. Growing up in Texas, and being a bit of a Mavs fan, I've almost always liked the guy. He is about one thing, and that's making "it" happen. No matter what "it" is, he gets "it" done. Also, it shows lots of interest in an outside party to get the fight to happen.
Who knows, this thing could completely change Zuffa's point of view on the whole Randy thing, they might go out and make the Fedor v. Couture contract, and get them to fight under the UFC banner. there are stranger things in the world ( proof?)
Also, this thread is priceless. The whole ***** in the armor is awesome! Thanks for the good laugh.

No doubt they have learned from their father and carried on the tradition and added to it.
But when you are handed a billion dollar empire in Gaming, it takes a lot to blow it. Just keep sailing ahead as the industry booms and everyone has grown in the last 20 years.

Best case scenario for Cuban is that Fedor walks through Randy, thus bringing more US fans on board the HDNET/M1 bandwagon.

this makes the most sense

He's wanting to make the Fedor/Randy fight happen because he knows it would be the MMA fight of the century with money revenues. He's only "helping" in the sense that he wants to get the fights on hdnet instead of UFC.

Definitely agree that Randy could have gone about this better (even without fighting the remaining 2 fights?) He didn't want to fight for them, fine. But he probably had many other options that he could have discussed with ZUFFA that wouldn't have put us MMA fans through all of this crap?
They could have have come to an agreement for one more fight and Randy would have given up PPV and possibly his fight pay for the last fight.
Ah egos? I guess that is why they beat people up for a living, huh?
The Alpha Male strikes again.
(Dana and Randy)
I prefer the humble, quiet, respectful alpha-male (like Fedor)

Could this be? I thought I was the only person in Hong Kong that liked Fedor

If he can get Courute out of his contract with the UFC = big payday for himself with Couture/Fedor

There is no way this fight wouldn't be on PPV.
This fight will never take place on HDnet, becaue it would be a waste money.

Yes the proper nomenclature would be "asian-american in the armor"
