I just don't understand the "Dana is always wrong" crowd, or the "Dana is always right" crowd. To me if you are in either of those categories then you look like a blind follower.
Do you think the political climate of the past 8 years has made people like that?

I cannot think that it is totally un-related.

We now live in a world wear facts do not mean anything.

He who yells the loudest "must be right".

Living outside the U.S. has given us ex-pat Americans a clear view of the way the rest of the world views the U.S. (Most are very disappointed in the way our politicians have behaved....on both sides of the aisle)

Do not mean to bring politics here....but I have seen the correlation of "blind followers" here and "blind followers" in our politicians/voters

Cheers don.

He does look unusually tiny, as if it was photoshopped or something , I didn't recognize him at first.

On topic though, Cuban means business, and that's a good sign.

Cuban is helping himself and his business...not Couture as a matter of doing him any favors

As a matter of fact, this might prove the beginning of the end of the UFCs market dominance....they are not going anywhere but there are better business men than Dana White and the Fertittas coming for a piece of the MMA pie

and yes I know the Fertittas are wildly successful business men....

Their Father was the Brilliant one who handed an casino empire to them. They flunked out of college. FYI

One thing is for sure, UFC lawyers are making a TON of money, cause you know those guys are getting PAIDDD with all legalities going on with the UFC.

Couldn't this actually help the ufc's case.

Here it clearly is showing that randy is actively trying to work with another promotion while still under UFC contract.

While I have 3 lawyers in my family and I studied law (I am a restaurateur) I am basing a lot of what I stated on what has already been posted here at SHerdog by seemingly knowledgeable people here.

Others have stated that ZUFFA lawyers wouldn't write illegal contracts, but I beg to differ. My experience with contracts is that each side tries to write one-sided unreasonable contracts to get the most they can and intimidate.

I was given a 14 page contract by a major hotel chain in Asia a few years back. Really impressive. WHen I sent it to my brother-in-law in L.A. (who represents, Keith Richards, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, and represented Kurt Cobain until his death, among others) he ripped it to shreds and sent them back an 18 page contract!
where is this thread with an actual ufc contract posted on it that these supposed lawyers on here said were unenforceable????? I think its all speculation thus far and people who operate in the gaming industry try and stay clear of controversy and out of court so i would speculate that ferrtitas have a serious legal team
