MMA will eventually look like pankration

Pankration was basically hundreds of years of evolution of MMA back in the ancient Greek days. As MMA has evolved, it's starting to look more and more like Pankration. Eventually, it will look completely like it.

This was the Greek Pankration standing fighting stance as has been seen in pictures and on pottery:

Eventually, MMA fighteres will find that to be the most effective stance in MMA.

pankration has exactly the same rules as mma..other then being able to hit them while on the ground, and elbows..Other then that, the rules are of unified mma. I've competed in an adult pankration tournament at 17 and won gold.

dude we've seen mma evolve for 14 years. the greeks had it for like a thousand. i think they knew a little more about it and what works than we do. the best greek pankrationist ever would easily beat fedor just b/c of that.

greek pankration compared to mma today must be like comparing today's mma to the 1st ufc. only even more of a difference.
