Actually I'm 100% correct, and all you guys can do to discredit me is say I'm a Machida fan, or pretend I'm mocking them. I use logic, you all jump on the easiest cop-out you can find. I know I'm on Sherdog and all, but a little intelligent discourse wouldn't kill you guys, would it?

I just spelled it out for you as easily as possible.
Quit trying to ignore it and cop out with that "Waaaah! arrogant machida fan!" argument and address it. If I'm wrong explain why.

when did I 'admit I dont appreciate martial arts as much as aggrssion and hesrt' you idiot?
I said more than JUST martial arts skills go into earning fans respect.
Get off your high horse.
Go watch a lyoto HL, with Celene playing in the background and cry yourself to sleep.
Dont worry about me - I appreciate MMAjust fine thanks.

His fight with BJ he was definitely throwing bombs. although many people didn't see them he was also very active in fights with Heath, Nakamura, and Hoger.

Not every fighter can fight with Wanderlei's aggression and for some fighter's fighting with that kind of aggression would be detrimental. Now, saying this as respectfully I can, you say that he was trying to finish the fight but he couldn't. So would you give credit to a fighter who tried to win but still lost? It doesn't matter if he tried, what matters are results.

When you said you were more impressed with Tito's performance than Machida's. Think hard about that, you were more impressed by a completely ineffective fighter showing no technique, just because he was more aggressive.

yea I guess you forgot about the liver kick he hit that crumpled tito. or some of the right crosses he tagged bj with that were a true testament to bj's chin and how good he is. the dude is like floyd mayweather. just because he wont stick his chin straight up in the air and trade bombs people think he is boring.

Your "logic" is that Machida is the only technical fighter in MMA and that any aggressive fighter is not technical.

No when you fight to get a decision every time out... thats called BORING! especially when its only a 3 round fight he should be going for the jugular everytime out... I think hes got alot of talent but he really needs to let loose if people/UFC are gonna make a push for him.
