At the end of the day Tito beat Wand(who is probably your favorite fighter), Griffen(who was champ), and drew against Rashad(who is current champ). You can never take that away. Besides, that means that wand and Chuck should have be3n out of top ten a long time ago. Machida is number 2 in a lot of people's eyes. That's how it is and he earned it.

Bj Penn well he is a top 155!! pound fighter not a LHW and even against him he couldnt win by domination or finish him..
Tito Ortiz hmm not top10 and who cares if he arguably beat evans wich he did imo, because i think rashad is overrated.

Machida has to beat a top5 fighter than he deserves it. Rampage does deserve it more though as for now IMO.

I dont hate on machida because i know he is very skilled and top3 LHW but he hasnt beat anyone in the recent to deserve a titlteshot over rampage.
