Ludwig vs Goulet - 4 sec KO?

Was just watching this fight from UFN 3. Ludwig caught Goulet with the first punch as the clock was on 4:57 (counting back). The ref immediately jumped in and stopped the fight. The clock however kept ticking till 4:51. However they announced the fight as a KO at 11 secs. I don't get that. Does anyone why that it is when it clearly was a way faster finish?

Goulet himself admitted after the fight that he caught pretty well.

there was a thread a while ago about this, there have been 4 or 5 ko's all sub 10 seconds that get time mysteriously added on...
