Sherk's case setting a dangerous precedent?
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but from what i understand, there's no real doubt that Sherk tested positive. Right now it's only being ascertained if he did it knowingly or not. His recent news about passing the lie detector seems to strengthen his case that he didn't know he was taking it.
What people don't look at is the impact on the future cases this may have. Is this to say that a fighter that is juicing can avoid the repercussions as long as he doesn't know it? I realize most top fighters probably have specialists that handle their supplements and stuff but shouldn't it be their responsibility to make sure they know what they are taking? Otherwise a fighter can just turn a blind eye to what is being given to him, never question what it is he's taking, and if he gets caught he maintains Plausible deniability.
