Shields vs. Fitch? Yea, I like that better than Davis vs. Shields, but Davis vs. Fitch would be interesting too...

I think the most impressive win streak is Anderson Silva for the level of competition that is. Anyone can have a long unbeaten streak depending on their level of competition.
