Shogun would most likely just wear him down with all sorts of shit. This fight would not be about how long it took for Chuck to land one of his punches, man, that's one of the thigns I hate about Chuck, it's his fans going on about if he lands that one punch, you make the guy sound so one dimensionl.

I think Shogun would win, but you can never count Chuck at. Chuck has tremendous power and can KO people at any time.
