Whatever happend to the US tryouts Pride did two years ago? I knwo they selected 2 people one a middleweight the other maybe a lightweight? Why havent they fought in Pride yet? I remember the middleweight was a black guy but cant remember his name? did that just sort of flop and they didnt pan out or what?

KJ Noons was one of the fighters. Can't remember the other fighter's name. I vaguely remember PRIDE and Icon (aka Superbrawl) having worked out a farming type system, where they would send fighters before they went to PRIDE.

PAUL RODRIGUEZ.

Was a USA Pride Tryouts winner.

He went on to fight and tap out to Ishida.

I believe Glover gave up fighting for the time being to finish law school or something. Not sure if Ring and Noons are still affiliated with Pride anymore.

Nick Ring fought in DEEP earlier this year. If he continues in DEEP and keeps winning he'll definately end up in Bushido. Glover was supposed to fight Buscape in a Cage Rage show but I don't know what happened to that fight.
