Happens all the time. Judo highlight comp is full of em. Balance and coordiation+ decent strength=guy falls on head.

this throw is awesome, great gif too. but yeh completely legal. you cant really prove he purposely threw heath on his face.

It's not that hard. Hip tosses are very common in Judo. I love doing it in my BJJ training.
