almost any fan can relate to him, most men will see him as a regular guy that goes in there and gives 100% everytime. his courage is evident in the fact that he is willing to fight anyone at any given time. he will appeal to the female fans with the way that he dosent mind showing his emotions and he is very passionate. this is evident in his breakdown after his heartbreaking defeat to jardine. the always popular forest is bound for superstardom in the ufc and mma world.
