Urijah Faber vs. Kid Yamamoto!!
For anyone who has seen Faber fight, you know this kid is the real deal. If there was a Feather Weight class is the UFC, He may be in the conversation of most dominant fighter ever. Last night he put on a pretty dominant performance to improve to 19-1!
Now look at Kid. Same thing. If there was a FW division in Pride, Kid would have owned it. The guy walks around at a natural 145. The guy has to actually put on weight to fight in Shooto when everyone else is cutting. IMO Kid may be the "BEST" pound for pound fighter today. Possibly better then Fedor. Let's break his fighting style down. First, He's a world class wrestler. He comes from a family with a legacy of national champs. Then He's trained by Enson Inoue in BJJ and striking. Finally he goes to Thailand and trains Muay Thai. Not to mention he has the tenacity of a frickin pitbull on roids!
If you ask me and Dana if you're reading this, This match up has main event and possibly fight of the year written all over it. Dana lets make it happen!!

Urijah Faber is one hell of a fighter no doubt that he belongs in the UFC
i would love to see him bump up to LW division and show his skills in the UFC he is A LOT of fun to watch and seeems to be in unbelivable condition, great wrestling, and is very determined
the thing that i picked up about him is that he is always pressing the action and is constantly smothering his opponent and is really overwhelming

Y would he move up to 155 in the ufc? I want too see it to but right now he is a shark in a fish bowl in the wec 145 div. I dont see him goin anywhere right now. |
