Kevin Iole SUCKS.
In this most recent mailbag, he stated that Marcus Davis is "definitely" a top 10 welterweight and possibly top 6. First of all, he's not even top 6 in the UFC alone. Are you really telling me that Iole is ranking Davis above Hughes, GSP, Fitch, Karo, Thiago, Diego, Koscheck, and Serra? Not to mention there's Jake Shields and Carlos Condit in other orgs. And who has Davis beaten? Jess Liaudin? Paul Taylor?
Kevin Iole is a pure TUF n00b who doesn't know anything about MMA. Who else is pissed off that this idiot gets to write MMA for Yahoo sports?

I agree he sucks, and I don't really put too much stock in what he says. I do think Davis has potential, though. He just hasn't beat anyone to merit top 10 just yet

His articles do tend to all be either praising Zuffa for something or defending Zuffa, but his responses to people in his mailbag are actually pretty decent.
I thought I read somewhere on here that he is employed by Zuffa as in gets paid to write the articles he writes by Zuffa and not Yahoo!? (No source)

Please stop using the "word" noob people, it makes the rest of what you write sound dumb and childish, even if it's not.
It's just his opinion. Honest;y have a look at MMA Weekly's rankings (pretty sure they had Kang in the top 5 before his most recent loss) and tell me this is horrible.

Yeah I can have an opinion that Andy Wang is the #1 lightweight in the world. Does make me qualified to write MMA for Yahoo sports?
